  Hot School Meals

We are delighted to let you know that from September, our school meals will be provided by FEED – Feeding Excellence Every Day. FEED is committed to providing freshly prepared, nutritious meals that support children's health, wellbeing and learning. Their menus are designed to offer plenty of choice, including vegetarian options, daily jacket potatoes and fresh desserts or fruit, whilst encouraging children to try new foods in a welcoming dining environment. The menus are refreshed twice each year and include themed celebration days throughout the school year.

FEED uses an online ordering system called Kanpla. Parents and carers will order and

pay for meals using the FEED App, where you can:

  • Order your child's lunches in advance

  • Order meals up until 9am on the day

  • Pay for meals

  • View menus

  • Manage your account balance

  • Register allergies or medical dietary requirements

  • Receive updates from the catering team about menus and special events

Over the coming weeks, parents and carers will receive an email from no-reply@kanpla.dk

inviting you to create your FEED account.

The email will have a subject similar to:

"Invitation to FEED – Feeding Excellence"

Once you receive the email, simply:

  • Click Accept Invitation.

  • Create your FEED account (or sign in if you already have one).

  • Download the FEED App from your device's app store, or access your account online by visiting

    https://feed.kanpla.dk.

  • Once your account is set up, you'll be able to view the menu and order your child's school meals when ordering opens.

  • Please keep an eye on your inbox and check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received the invitation email.

Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven't received the email. Once your account has been created, you'll be able to begin ordering meals for the new school year.

Special Diets and Allergies - If your child has a food allergy or medical dietary requirement, this can be managed through the FEED system. Families requiring an adapted menu will receive further communication asking for the relevant medical information.

FEED has dedicated procedures in place to support children with food allergies and other medical dietary needs.

Free School Meals Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 continue to receive Universal Infant Free School Meals.
