School Development Plan

We have four main key issues within our plan for 2023 – 2024 and these are outlined below:

Objective 1

To embed recent initiatives and measure their impact in promoting and maintaining high quality teaching and learning environments for all children

​

Objective 2

To further develop our Parent/Carer Partnership and communication so there is a stronger relationship and a good level of support for all learners at home and in school

​

Objective 3

To continue to develop the new Governor procedures to enhance the support provided and continue to develop the effectiveness of monitoring and evaluation activities

​

Objective 4

To support the development and progression of Middle Leaders, including those with TLRs and on UPS, to impact on wider school development issues identified within the SDP
